Recently, we had the pleasure of photographing Poppy, a one-and-a-half-year-old boxer dog who fills her family’s life with endless energy and laughter. Poppy is the epitome of a playful and friendly dog. With her clown-like antics and boundless energy, she’s always on the lookout for fun and mischief. During our session at Apley Woods, she was in her element, engaging in her favourite activities: running around, jumping over logs, playing with her toys, and chewing on sticks. Her goofball nature made every moment of the photoshoot an absolute delight.
At home, Poppy is equally content cuddling on the sofa with her family and playing with her best friend Merlin, the cat. She adores her new human brother and is incredibly gentle around him, always eager to give him kisses and play, even though he’s too small to join in just yet.
One of the most heartwarming aspects of Poppy’s personality is her intelligence and gentle demeanour around her baby brother. Observing her careful and loving interactions with Danny was truly touching and a testament to her smart and caring nature.
In each photograph, Poppy’s exuberant personality and the special bond with her family shine through. Her energetic and playful spirit is evident in every shot, making it clear just how much joy she brings to those around her.
